Microchips

A microchip is a small device implanted under the skin, containing a unique 15-digit identifier. It allows the pet to be identified and links its information to the owner in case of loss.

To find out more, see: What is a microchip?

Without registration, a microchip is merely a simple 15-digit identification code. It is essential to register it in a database, as without this step, the code is useless. By registering it, you link the 15-digit code to your information, enabling anyone who finds your pet to easily return it to you.

To find out more, go to: Why register my pet?

No, a microchip is not dangerous for a pet. It is designed to be highly biocompatible, and its implantation is quick, similar to a vaccination.
